While you may use any of the available shipping choices, it should be noted that if an item is not in stock or has a lead time associated with it, the delivery time noted during checkout is from the date of shipment.
Every effort will be made to ship your item(s) the same day your order is received. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days to receive your order from your specified shipping carrier, depending on your location. Some items are not on our shelf, and you will be notified of the actual lead time. Additionally, in an effort to expedite the delivery of your order, some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Returns - The return of items in original as shipped condition will, in general, be accepted for credit. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This will ensure that we are aware that you are returning an item. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned items. Please package returns appropriately, keeping record of shipping and tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive.
Refunds - Credit will be issued only to the Credit Card originally used to purchase the item. Custom order items are not eligible for return credit or refund.
Damaged / Defective Products - Please contact Customer Service within 10 days of receipt of damaged items. If the problem is damage in transit, please report the damage to the shipping carrier immediately; retain packaging, as the carrier may want to examine it. Arrangements for return or refund will be made based on the circumstances.
